John Ortberg

John Ortberg is the senior pastor of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church in Menlo Park, Calif. He is passionate about spiritual formation and sees generosity as key remedy for materialism for so many stumbling believers. John’s teaching brings Scripture alive through practical application and warm humor. His education includes a master’s of divinity degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from Fuller Seminary. He is the author of If You Want to Walk on Water, You've Got to Get Out of the Boat and his soon to be released It All Goes Back in the Box.
