Q: Are there any discounts?

Q: What if I need to cancel my registration?
A: If you need to cancel, please let Crown Financial Ministries know as soon as possible. A refund will be issued to you through your credit card. If you request a refund after the conference, a refund will be issued minus a $20 processing fee to cover meal costs. If you are unable to attend the event, it is recommended that you allow someone to attend in your place.

Q: Can someone attend in my place?
A: Yes, you are welcome to allow someone else to use your ticket and attend in your place if you are unable to attend.

Q: What is the seating policy?
A: Exponential seating is on a first come first serve basis.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Q: What is the event cancellation policy?
A: Crown Financial Ministries reserves the right to cancel any event. Crown will take all reasonable steps to not cancel a conference. If a conference must be canceled, every attendee will be notified immediately by e-mail and/or by telephone and will be issued a complete refund within 30 days.

Q: Is childcare provided?
A: Crown Financial Ministries and Generous Giving value families. However, we are not able to accommodate children at the Exponential 07 conference.

Q: How will I receive my ticket?
A: If you purchased your ticket(s) on or before October 18th, you will receive your ticket through the U.S. Postal Service along with a confirmation letter. These will be mailed out on October 22nd. All Exponential 07 Conference tickets purchased after October 18th can be claimed at the Will Call table, which opens one hour before the conference begins. Online registration ends on November 5th. Any available tickets after November 5th can be purchased on site at the registration table. The registration table will open promptly one hour before the conference begins. Please be aware that this conference can be sold out, so please do not rely on purchasing same-day tickets.

Q: Are meals included in the price of my ticket?
A: All meals are on your own Tuesday, Nov. 13th.  Lunch will be provided Wednesday, Nov. 14th.  Beverage breaks will be provided throughout the conference.
